US/Silver Spring: Butterball, LLC, a Mount Olive, North Carolina establishment, recalls an estimated 14,107 pounds of Farm to Family Butterball branded All Natural Ground Turkey and Kroger branded Ground Turkey products from the American marketplace due to suspected plastic fragment and consequential risks of risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage and bowel obstruction, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-changing injury.
