US/Bethesda: Midwood Brands LLC, an affiliate of Family Dollar, a Chesapeake, Virginia establishment, recalls an estimated 38,300 Family Dollar Beach Loungers from the American marketplace due to suspected structural collapse and consequential risks of falls, laceration, amputation, traumatic brain injury (“TBI” or “concussion”), bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
