Three of these unauthorized products list the prescription ingredient Pregnenolone and the controlled drug DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone). About E. coli enteritis:

Coli 0157:H7 poisoning include severe stomach cramps, diarrhea (often bloody), vomiting, nausea and headache.
