US/Washington: ENA Meat Packing Inc., the importer of record and a Paterson, New Jersey establishment, recalls an estimated 39,947 pounds of Frozen, Raw Lamb products due to reported importation into the United States from Chile after not being presented for required import re-inspection and consequential risks of bacterial and/or viral infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
