Canada/Ottawa:
Health Canada, an Ottawa, Ontario health regulation and wellness authority recalls at least eight (8) different unauthorized Skin Creams and Lotions sold at various retailers in Quebec due to suspected presence of prescription drug ingredients, specifically Clobetasol Propionate or Betamethasone Dipropionate, making these products untested and unauthorized prescription drugs with a consequential risk of a variety of Steroid-based side effects, all serious health and safety hazards.
