Australia/Canberra: Cape Byron Sports, a Moorebank, New South Wales establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Mirage Junior Swim Vests from the Australian marketplace due to suspected failure to comply with the requirements of Australia’s mandatory standard for Swimming and Flotation Aids and consequential risks of drowning, respiratory damage and cardiac failure, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
