US/Silver Spring: Maple Island Inc., a Wanamingo, Minnesota, establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Walmart Parent’s Choice Rice Baby Cereal from the American marketplace due to suspected elevated levels of Inorganic Arsenic contamination and consequential risks of vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea, limb numbness and tingling, muscle cramping, Cancer and death, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-changing injury.
