Australia/Canberra: General Mills Australia Pty Ltd., a Mount Waverly Melbourne, Australia establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Häagen-Dazs branded Vanilla Ice Cream products and Häagen-Dazs branded Classic Collection Mini Cups Ice Cream from the Australian marketplace due to suspected Ethylene Oxide chemical contamination and consequential risks of carcinogenic (i.e., Cancer causing), mutagenic (cell modifying) and reprotoxic (i.e., capable of damaging sex cells and reproductive potential of children) damage, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
