Canada/Ottawa: Aliments Tousain Inc., a Saint-Laurent, Quebec establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Dubon branded Mixed Forest Mushrooms from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected insect and mold contamination with risks of bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
