Canada/Ottawa: J2Labz, a Granby, Quebec establishment, recalls an estimated 177 units of Sugar Shack Vaping Liquid due to suspected failure to meet Canada’s packaging and labelling requirements of the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act and consequential unintentional exposure to the potentially harmful Nicotine products, serious illness, injury or death, all serious health and safety hazards.
