US/Washington: Taylor’s Sausage Inc., a Cave Junction, Oregon establishment, recalls an estimated 641 pounds of ready-to-eat Taylor’s branded Meat and Poultry Sausage products due to suspected misbabelling and consequential undeclared Pork and/or Sheep Casings, both known allergens, sources of dietary restriction and/or intolerance and possible triggers of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention.
