US FlagUS/Silver Spring: GFA Production (Xiamen) Co., Ltd., a Xiamen, Fujian China establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Adventure, CVS and EasyCare branded First Aid Kits that contain single-use packets of Easy Care First Aid Afterburn Cream from the American marketplace due to suspected Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus sonorensis contamination and consequential risks of gram-positive bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
