Canada/Ottawa: Canadian Gold Beverages (2012), a Marchand, Manitoba establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Co-Op Clearview branded Artesian Water from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected Yeast and Mould (Mold) contamination and consequential risks of infection, Anaphylaxis, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
