US/Washington: Mockingbird LLC, a New York, New York establishment, expands its existing recall for an estimated 149,000 Mockingbird Single-to-Double Baby Strollers from the American marketplace to include an additional 25,390 Mockingbird Single Baby Strollers.
The original recall was initiated due to suspected structural failure and consequential risks of falls, laceration, traumatic brain injury (“TBI” or “concussion”), bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
