Canada/Ottawa: Johnson and Johnson Vision Care Inc., a Jacksonville, Florida establishment, recalls one (1) master batch/lot of 1-Day Acuvue Moist branded Contact Lenses due to suspected lens malformation and consequential risk of eye damage and/or temporary vision impairment, both serious health and safety hazards.
