Canada/Ottawa: Cariboo Distribution, a Saint-Laurent, Quebec establishment, recalls an estimated 6,835 Gümi Bblüv Water-filled Teething Toys for infants from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected Priestia Aryabhattai/Megaterium and Burkholderia Cepacia Complex bacterial contamination with consequential risks of bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious and potential fatal situations, requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
