Canada/Ottawa: Wellington Brewery, a Guelph, Ontario establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Pinwheel branded Pineapple Gose Beer and Wellington Brewery branded Mix Packs from the Canadian marketplace due to possible secondary fermentation and consequential exploding cans caused by increased Carbon Dioxide production with risks of inadvertent alcohol intoxication, eye damage and/or laceration, all serious safety hazards.
