Canada/Ottawa and Mexico/Mexico City: Arena Italia SpA, a Tolentino, Macerata, Italy establishment, recalls an estimated total 6,610 Arena Swim Snorkel Pro II and the Swim Snorkel II Swimming Accessories (approximately 3,510 units in Canada and approximately 3,100 in Mexico) from the Canadian and Mexican marketplaces respectively, due to reported excess material inside the burr (i.e., the breathing tube) with possible component detachment and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage and bowel obstruction, all serious health and safety hazards.
