Additional information:
The California Department of Public Health (“CDPH”) recently warned residents not to eat recreationally caught Mussels and Clams and included the internal organs (i.e., viscera) of Scallops and the internal organs of commercially or recreationally harvested Anchovy, Crabs and Sardines.
