US FlagUS/Washington: 802 VT Frozen, a Newport, Vermont establishment, recalls an estimated 8,221 pounds of 802 VT Frozen Meat!!! Crispy Wood-Fired Crust Hand Made Pizza From the American marketplace due to suspected mislabeling and consequential undeclared Soy, a known allergen, source of dietary intolerance and possible trigger of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.

The following Frozen Pizza products are thought to have been produced on or about April 25, 2023, through April 25, 2024 and are subject to recall:

  • 802 VT Frozen Meat!!! Crispy Wood-Fired Crust Hand Made Pizza, sold in 17.8-ounce cardboard boxes with a best-if-used-by date between April 25, 2024 and April 25, 2025.

The Frozen Pizza products subject to recall bear establishment number “EST. 46308” inside the USDA mark of inspection and were distributed to retailers and fundraisers in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont, although it is always possible these food products had wider distribution within the country. When in doubt, please contact the manufacturer for specific product information.

Crispy Wood-Fired Crust Hand Made Pizza products from the American marketplace due to suspected mislabeling and consequential undeclared Soy As a direct result of this suspected defect, you should neither serve nor consume the Pizzas identified above.

Proposed Remedy:
If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of these affected 802 VT Frozen Meat!!! Crispy Wood-Fired Crust Hand Made Pizza and could be products allergic to their Soy ingredients, have a close family member who is allergic or has previously experienced Anaphylaxis or are unsure of your allergy status, please do not consume them. Instead, return the product to the retailer or distributor where you purchased them for a full refund.

==> Never depend on your senses of sight, smell, taste or touch to confirm food poisoning, adulteration or contamination. If in doubt about the safety of any food, return it to your retailer for refund or toss it out in your household garbage, making sure small children and pets can’t access the suspect food.

==> If you have a medical emergency, please contact 9-1-1, your closest hospital or emergency center equipped to properly treat Anaphylaxis.
