US/Bethesda: Johnson Health Tech North America Inc., a Cottage Grove, Wisconsin establishment, expands its existing recall for an estimated total 19,917 Matrix branded T1 and T3 Series Commercial Treadmills to include additional Treadmill models.
The original recall was announced in both the American and Canadian marketplaces and was due to suspected component detachment and consequential risks of burns, scalds, smoke inhalation and/or respiratory failure, cardiac system collapse and/or property damage, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
