US/Washington: Ruiz Food Products Inc., a Florence, South Carolina establishment, recalls an estimated 55,013 pounds of El Monterey branded Frozen, Not Ready-To-Eat (“NRTE”) Breakfast Burrito products containing Eggs, Sausage and Cheese from the American marketplace due to suspected plastic fragment contamination and consequential risk of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion and GI tract laceration damage, all serious health and safety hazards.
