US/Silver Spring: Foremost Foods Corporation, a Pomona, California establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Pamana Mini Fruit Jelly Cup confectionery products from the American marketplace due to possible presence of Konjac and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, GI tract damage, respiratory dysfunction and/or cardiac arrest, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
