US/Washington: Firehouse Jams, LLC, an Erwinna, Pennsylvania establishment, recalls an estimated 709 pounds (approximately 1,080 jars) of heat-treated, shelf-stable Uncured Bacon Marmalade with Oranges and Balsamic Caramelized Onions from the American marketplace due to reported failure to produce the Marmalade with the benefit of federal inspection and consequential risks of bacterial and/or viral infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
