Food Warning: LittleOak Infant & Follow-on Formula

Canada/Ottawa: The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (“CFIA”), an Ottawa, Ontario-based statutory regulatory and food safety authority, warns against the consumption of all current batch/lots of LittleOak branded Infant Formula products from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected failure to submit the required pre-market submission to meet Canadian food safety and nutritional standards and regulations. In addition, these products do not meet Canadian labelling and/or composition requirements.

Due to these defects, the affected Baby Formula poses risks of bacterial and/or viral infection, undeclared allergens, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
