Among the fifty-six (56) recalls the NHTSA announced in April comes news of the following notification:

Logo - Chrysler (FCA US LLC)Chrysler (FCA US LLC), an Auburn Hills, Michigan establishment and a subsidiary of Stellantis NV of Amsterdam, has recalled an estimated 26,776 model year 2024 Chrysler Pacifica and Chrysler Voyager Minivans marketed, sold and delivered in the United States.

Recall Category: Traction Control System – Unintended deactivation of Traction Control

NHTSA Safety Notification 24V240000 reports the Traction Control System (“TCS”) does not function when Cruise Control is activated.

According to the NHTSA, an inactive Traction Control System can increase the risk of a crash, motor vehicle collision (“MVC”) or other impact event with consequential serious injury and/or life-changing results.

Authorized Chrysler Dealers will update the TCS Software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed or about April 11, 2024.
