US/Washington: Q’Delicia, a Jacksonville, Florida establishment, recalls an estimated 639 pounds of Q’Delicia de Empanada Beef and Q’Delicia de Empanada Chicken Pastry products from the American marketplace that were reportedly produced without the benefit of federal inspection with consequential risks of undeclared allergens, bacterial and/or viral infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
