UK/London: ASDA Stores Ltd., a Huddersfield, West Yorkshire establishment and a subsidiary of Bentonville, Arkansas-based Walmart Inc.; Co-Op Limited, a Birmingham, West Midlands establishment; Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd (“Sainsbury’s”) a London, England establishment; and Waitrose & Partners, a London, England establishment and a subsidiary of the John Lewis Partnership of Bracknell, Berkshire, recall certain batch/lots of Chilled and Frozen Seafood products including Cockles, Mussels, Prawns and Squid from the British marketplace due to suspected Salmonella contamination and consequential risks of Gram-negative bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health hazards.
