US/Silver Spring: Safeway Fresh Foods, a Vineland, New Jersey establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of prepared Diced Organic Butternut Squash Chunks from the American marketplace due to suspected Escherichia coli (“E.coli”) O45 contamination and consequential risks of Gram-negative bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
