US/Silver Spring: Stater Bros. Markets, a San Bernardino, California establishment, recalls an estimated 768 Chicken Street Taco Kits sold in Stater Bros. Markets stores from the American marketplace due to suspected Listeria monocytogenes contamination and consequential risks of Gram-positive bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
