US/Silver Spring: Fresh Creative Foods, a division of Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc., a Beaverton, Oregon establishment, recalls all current batch/lots of Chicken Street Taco Kits sold in Save Mart, Lucky and Lucky California stores from the American marketplace due to suspected Listeria monocytogenes contamination and consequential risks of Gram-positive bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
