US/Silver Spring: Select Custom Solutions, a North Palm Beach, Florida establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Jay Robb Vanilla Flavored Egg White Protein Supplement powder from the American marketplace due to suspected hard plastic fragment contamination and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage, bowel obstruction/perforation and sepsis, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
