US/Silver Spring: SunTree Snack Foods LLC, a Phoenix, Arizona establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Happy Belly, Harris Teeter, H-E-B and Prince & Spring branded Cashews due to suspected glass fragment contamination and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage and bowel obstruction, all serious health and safety hazards, requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-changing injury.
