US FlagUS/Washington: ConSup North America Inc., a Lincoln Park, New Jersey establishment, recalls an estimated 85,984 pounds of ready-to-eat (“RTE”) Sliced Stockmeyer Prosciutto Italian Dry-Cured Ham produced in Germany from the American marketplace that were reportedly produced without the benefit of equivalent inspection with consequential risks of undeclared allergens, bacterial and/or viral infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
