Australia/Canberra: Paul’s Warehouse USA Outlet, a Dandenong, Victoria establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Peanuts branded Children’s Pyjamas by Komar Kids due to suspected failure to comply with Australia’s fire hazard labelling requirements of the mandatory standard “Consumer Goods (Children’s Nightwear and Limited Daywear and Paper Patterns for Children’s Nightwear) Safety Standard 2017” and consequential risks of fire, burns and property damage, all serious health and safety hazards.

Additional information:
The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Peanuts branded Children’s Pyjamas products are subject to this recall:

• Peanuts branded Children’s Pyjamas by Komar Kids, sold in a range of children’s sizes between 00 and 12 inclusive and in various style/colour combinations.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the product’s design and retail presentation.

According to the ACCC, the recalled garments do not comply with the labeling required by the mandatory standard ‘Consumer Goods (Children’s Nightwear and Limited Daywear and Paper Patterns for Children’s Nightwear) Safety Standard 2017’. As a result, parents and other caregivers may not be aware of the fire hazard information of the garment. This may pose potential fire and burn risks to the child.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession the recalled Children’s Clothing, please do not use them nor dress your child in them. Instead, kindly return the product to any Paul’s Warehouse USA Outlet for a full refund.a full refund.
