US/Washington: Skyline Provisions, Inc., a Harvey, Illinois establishment, recalls an estimated 5,620 pounds of Skyline Provisions Ground Beef products from the American marketplace due to suspected unidentified fragment contamination and consequential risks of risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage, bowel obstruction/perforation and sepsis, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
