US/Washington: Del Valle Import and Export, LLC, a distributor and importer located in Kenner, Louisanna establishment, recalls an estimated 1,271 pounds of ready-to-eat (“RTE”) Pork Chicharrones products that was imported from Honduras, a country ineligible to export pork products to the United States, with consequential risks of bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
