US/Washington: Dorel Juvenile Group Inc., a Columbus, Indiana establishment, recalls an estimated 115,700 Dorel Juvenile Group Cosco Jump, Spin & Play Children’s Activity Centers thought to have been sold at Walmart Stores from the American marketplace due to reported component detachment leading to structural collapse and consequential risks of falls, laceration, traumatic brain injury (“TBI” or “concussion”), bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury., all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
