Product Recall: Costco Novaform Mattresses

US/Washington: FXI Inc., a Radnor, Pennsylvania establishment, recalls an estimated 48,000 Novaform ComfortGrande and DreamAway Mattresses sold at Costco Warehouse stores from the American marketplace due to suspected presence of mold and consequential risks of infection, poisoning, damaged airways and/or respiratory collapse, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death, particularly in fragile people such as children or seniors and those those are immune compromised due to disease, advanced age or other factors.
