US/Washington: Conagra Brands, Inc, a Marshall, Missouri establishment, recalls an estimated 245,366 pounds of Conagra Banquet branded Frozen Chicken Strip Meals from the American marketplace due to suspected bone fragment contamination and consequential risks of risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage, bowel obstruction and sepsis, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
