Food Recall: Hillshire Farm Pork Turkey Beef Smoked Sausage

US/Washington: Hillshire Brands Company, a St. Joseph, Missouri establishment, recalls an estimated 15,876 pounds of Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage made with Pork, Turkey, Beef from the American marketplace due to suspected bone fragment contamination and consequential risks of risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage, bowel obstruction and sepsis, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
