US/Silver Spring: Simply Fresh LLC., a Buena Park, California establishment, recalls an estimated 7,350 cases of Rojo’s Black Bean 6-Layer Dip Club Packs sold at Costco Warehouse Stores from the American marketplace due to suspected Listeria monocytogenes contamination and consequential risks of Gram-positive bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
