US/Bethesda & Canada/Ottawa: DR Power Equipment, a South Burlington, Vermont establishment recalls an estimated total 58,156 Walk-behind Leaf Blowers and Vacuums, and Tow-behind Leaf Vacuums (approximately 57,200 in the US and approximately 956 in Canada) from the American and Canadian marketplaces due to reported object ejection and consequential risks of laceration, eye damage, concussion, bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.

UK/London: Crosta & Mollica, a London, England establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Crosta & Mollica branded Sugo Alla Norma Aubergine, Ricotta and Tomato Pasta Sauce from the British marketplace due to suspected Glass contamination and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage, bowel obstruction/perforation and sepsis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
