US FlagUS/Silver Spring: AMB Food Inc. a Brooklyn New York establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Pop a Nosh Mix Munch Regular and Honey BBQ Snack Foods from the American marketplace due to suspected mislabeling and consequential undeclared Wheat, a known allergen, source of dietary intolerance and possible trigger of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.

Canada FlagCanada/Ottawa: Transport Canada, an Ottawa, Ontario regulatory and safety authority, recalls an estimated 55,656 model year 2021 2022, 2023 and 2024 Ford Bronco Sport Utility Vehicles (“SUVs”) and 2022 Ford Maverick Pickup Trucks marketed, sold and delivered in Canada.

On certain Ford vehicles, the Powertrain Control Module (“PCM”) and Body Control Module (“BCM”) may not detect a change in the charge level of the 12 volt battery. As a result, the Engine could stall or fail to restart after a start-stop event. In addition, this reported defect could cause the vehicle’s Hazard Lights to malfunction or become inoperative.
