US/Silver Spring: World Green Nutrition, Inc., a San Antonio, Texas establishment, expands its previous recall for numerous batch/lots of Green Elv Nutrition Elv Control Herbal Supplements from the American marketplace to include additional batch/lots of the product.

The original recall was initiated due to suspected Yellow Oleander contamination with consequential risks of neurological, gastrointestinal, and cardiovascular damage, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.

Canada/Ottawa: Transport Canada, an Ottawa, Ontario regulatory and safety authority, recalls an estimated 10,846 model year 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2011 and 2012 Nissan Armada; 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2011, 2012 and 2013 Nissan Frontier; 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2011 and 2012 Nissan Pathfinder; 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 Nissan Quest; 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2011 and 2012 Nissan Titan; and 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2011, 2012 and 2013 Nissan Xterra vehicles marketed, sold and delivered in Canada.

On certain Nissan vehicles, the plastic emblem on the Steering Wheel Airbag Cover could detach and become a projectile when the Airbag inflates in a crash, motor vehicle collision (“MVC”) or other impact event.

Please note: this recall is for certain vehicles that had its Steering Wheel Airbag replaced.

Product Recall: Bambino House Baby Teether Rattle Toy Sets

Australia/Canberra: Bambino House, a Springvale, Victoria establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Bambino House Baby Teether Rattle Toy Sets from the Australian marketplace due to suspected failure to comply with requirements of Australia’s mandatory standard ‘Consumer Protection Notice No. 14 of 2003 – Consumer Product Safety Standard: Toys for Children up to and including 36 months of age’ and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, ingestion,  GI tract laceration damage and bowel obstruction, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-changing injury.
