US/Silver Spring: Whitley’s Peanut Factory, a Hayes, Virginia establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Deluxe Nut Mix products from the American marketplace due to suspected mislabeling and/or mispackaging with consequential undeclared Milk, Peanuts, Sesame, Soy and Wheat, all known allergens, sources of dietary intolerance and possible triggers of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
