US FlagUS/Silver Spring: Reckitt/Mead Johnson Nutrition (“MJN”), a Parsippany, New Jersey establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Nutramigen Hypoallergenic Infant Formula Powder products from the American marketplace due to possible Cronobacter sakazakii (formally known as Enterobacter sakazakii) contamination and consequential risks of Gram-negative bacterial infection, severe illness including sepsis and meningitis and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
