US/Washington: Wayne Farms, LLC, a Decatur, Alabama establishment, recalls an estimated 1,377 pounds of Ready-To-Eat (“RTE”) Chef’s Line branded Fire Grilled Chicken Breast products from the American marketplace due to reported underprocessing and consequential risks of bacterial and/or viral contamination, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
