US/Washington: Olymel LP, a Boucherville, Quebec establishment, recalls approximately 11,016 pounds of Olymel Extra Lean Celebrity 96% Fat Free Imported Ham products from the American marketplace that were reportedly produced without the benefit of federal inspection with consequential risks of undeclared allergens, bacterial and/or viral infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
