US/Silver Spring: Meijer Stores, a Grand Rapids, Michigan establishment, in conjunction with its supplier, Revolution Farms of Caledonia, Michigan, recalls all current batch/lots of Meijer’s Fresh From Meijer branded Prepared Salads from the American marketplace due to suspected Listeria monocytogenes contamination and consequential risks of Gram-positive bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
